Joining Grayling as the Global Creative Director, my primary task was to restructure the Creative Studio to handle integrated campaigns for Huawei Global.

Managing multiple business units simultaneously, I led a diverse team across offices in the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, and China. Together, we achieved significant milestones for both the agency and the client, launching over 10 products globally and executing numerous local and global campaigns.
